Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a class, please inform us one calendar week before the class date by emailing  info@edustemnyc.org or calling us at (201) 530-6138 to get a refund. Any modifications closer to the date are ineligible for a refund.

Customer Fails to Attend

You are responsible for paying the full fee if you do not attend the class without informing us. If there is a deposit, it will not be refunded, but you are not responsible for paying the remaining amount.

EDUSTEM LLC Fails to Deliver

If a class fails to occur because of problems on our end, you are entitled to reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
